@ChaseSupport I’m waiting for a travel refund request decision since May 2nd! Can’t believe you treat sapphire customers like this. Emails are referred to 24-48 hour responses. Last response was May. 5 emails have been unanswered since. Good support @Chase

@Chase Why does the placeholder text interfere with the password field? Why give someone a pop-up offer that's difficult to dismiss as soon as they change their password? The UI needs to be clear and navigable, error messages need to be relevant

@Chase I would not recommend a Chase Sapphire card. I have had one in my possession for 2 months, 57 calls into customer service later and still cannot make purchases over $100. Sign on bonus is a scam, they will do anything in their power to label something "fraud".
